India is looking to make the internet cheaper and more accessible, but it has to do it fast.
A new online service will cost around Rs 100 per month, but with a five-day trial period and a discount of 50 per cent, it is a great deal for people who are not ready to commit to a monthly subscription, and it will be offered to anyone who wants it.
The site will be launched in the coming weeks, and has been in the works for a long time.
India’s internet service providers (ISPs) are working hard to boost their revenue, but some have not been as quick to take on the challenge.
The company behind this new service, Bajaj, says it will help people find affordable web hosting for a period of up to five days, and a five per cent discount on the cost of the service.
The price of the site will range from Rs 100 to Rs 1,200 per month.
“The idea behind the site is to offer people the opportunity to have their websites, videos, images, music and social media hosted by a friendly and friendly hosting company, and then they can easily access the website on their mobile devices or tablet,” said Vinod Kumar, CEO of Bajai.
It will also help people who have limited internet connections to get the best of both worlds, said Kumar.
“We are trying to provide the best option available to people.
If they are not online on a daily basis, then the internet would be a burden for them.
But if they have access to it, then it would be much easier to get things done,” he added.
The new site will initially be available to anyone with a fixed-line broadband connection in India.
“Our website is meant to be a platform for people to access the most popular sites in India,” Kumar said.
It is expected to be launched across the country by mid-April, with the company also setting up a website for free.
The launch of a cheap online hosting service will come as a surprise to many, especially those who have paid for web hosting services.
But it will certainly help the internet services industry in India grow, said Manu Srinivasan, managing director of The e-retailer portal site.
“It’s good news for the industry because people who pay for hosting services will get a better experience,” he said.
The Indian internet has been undergoing a big transformation since 2014, when the government launched a plan to provide internet access at low cost to people at the cost, and also set up the National Broadband Network (NBN).
In March this year, the government introduced a new set of internet rules that have reduced internet speeds and made it easier to access internet in rural areas.
It has also set a target to reduce internet access and broadband bills by 60 per cent by 2019.
While many people are still looking for a new way to access online content, Kumar said that a few new ways are now available.
“These are all good for the Internet industry,” he explained.
